At Bees Knees Wellness Muskoka, classes aren’t about keeping up — they’re about showing up.
Each session blends expert coaching, music, and movement into an experience designed to meet you where you are — whether that’s rebuilding after an injury, rediscovering strength, or reigniting energy after long days of leadership and life.

Our classes are intentionally small — maximum 4 participants — so every rep, cue, and correction matters.
You’ll be coached by one of Canada’s top fitness educators in an environment that’s private, inclusive, and free from comparison.
