When life shifts, and care becomes a full-time commitment, movement often falls to the side. But it doesn't have to.

With almost 30 years of experience in adaptive fitness, functional strength, and wellness coaching, I specialize in bringing safe, personalized movement sessions directly into your home. Whether your loved one is navigating chronic illness, mobility challenges, neurological conditions, or palliative care—gentle, consistent movement can improve quality of life, ease pain, reduce risk of further complications, and bring a moment of lightness to the day.

This offering is specifically designed for individuals who are:

  • Living at home with the support of a caregiver or family member
  • Recovering from injury, stroke, or surgery
  • Managing conditions such as Parkinson’s, cancer, MS, dementia, or chronic pain
  • In the later stages of life and seeking mobility support and connection

  • at a retirement home or long term care in the Muskoka area

🧘‍♀️ Sessions are 30 minutes and tailored to individual needs—seated, standing, supported, or assisted as required. My approach is adaptive, trauma-informed, inclusive, and deeply respectful of each client’s current abilities and goals.

I’ll work closely with the caregiver and family team to ensure sessions are beneficial, uplifting, and aligned with any medical or mobility guidelines.

🧡 A Bit About Me:

I’m a certified adaptive fitness specialist, palliative wellness coach, and long-time advocate for movement as medicine. I’ve worked alongside clients facing cancer, Parkinson’s, amputation, chronic pain, and more—always with compassion,

a listening ear, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel strong, seen, and supported.

I am happy to provide references of other families I have worked with also. I am fully vaccinated and up to date.
