Hi, I’m Fyonna Vanderwerf, the founder of Bees Knees Wellness Muskoka, and the creator of The B.E.E.S. Method™ — a holistic coaching framework built on Balance, Endurance, Energy, and Strength.

For over three decades, I’ve coached humans through injury, menopause, illness, recovery, and reinvention. I’ve trained athletes and cancer survivors, caregivers and chronic pain warriors. I’ve seen people walk in with fear in their eyes and leave with fire in their souls.


Who I Am

I’m a coach, a truth-teller, and a lifelong student of the body and the human spirit.
My background spans fitness, yoga, adaptive coaching, and wellness education — and my superpower is helping people believe again.
Not in magic. In themselves.

I’m endlessly curious about human potential — how we heal, adapt, and rebuild — and how movement is often the medicine we forget we have.

Why I Do It

When I picture my legacy, I don’t see buildings or trophies.
I see faces — 10 million of them — each one stronger, steadier, and more alive because they learned to move with intention, not fear.
