PART 1: PHYSICAL WELLNESS AUDIT

This is the hardware. The vessel. The one and only body you’ve got.
Not how it looks — how it’s functioning.

Ask yourself:

  1. How often do I move with purpose?
  2. Do I sleep 7–9 hours consistently?
  3. When was the last time I felt energized during the day, not just “surviving it”?
  4. Am I eating food that fuels me or numbs me?
  5. Is there a body pain or issue I’ve been ignoring?

SCIENCE CHECK: Chronic low-grade inflammation caused by inactivity, poor sleep, or stress is linked to heart disease, autoimmune disorders, and depression. Your body is talking. Are you listening?

PART 2: MENTAL WELLNESS AUDIT

This is your operating system — thoughts, clarity, focus, and stress regulation.

Ask yourself:

  1. Do I start my day with intention or immediately check my phone?
  2. Can I sit quietly without needing to distract myself?
  3. Am I constantly mentally multitasking or present where I am?
  4. How do I handle stress — do I process or suppress?
  5. When did I last learn something new or challenge my mind?

SCIENCE CHECK: Mental overload raises cortisol and impairs executive function. Chronic stress literally shrinks the brain’s prefrontal cortex (aka your “decision CEO”).

PART 3: MINDSET WELLNESS AUDIT

This is the story you’re telling yourself — and whether it's helping or holding you hostage.

Ask yourself:

  1. Do I believe things can change?
  2. Am I stuck in blame, or focused on action?
  3. What’s one excuse I keep making that I know deep down isn’t true?
  4. Do I surround myself with people who challenge or coddle me?
  5. What am I waiting for that I could start today?

SCIENCE CHECK: Studies in neuroplasticity show that mindset directly affects outcomes in everything from rehab to weight loss to career success. You don’t just think your way into a new life — but mindset is the gas in the tank.

PART 4: ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT

This is the soil you’re planted in — your space, your people, your patterns.

Ask yourself:

  1. Is my home energizing or draining?
  2. Are my conversations more about growth or gossip?
  3. Do I have boundaries with time, people, and noise?
  4. Does my space support my goals — or sabotage them?
  5. Am I living in clutter — physically or emotionally?

SCIENCE CHECK: Environmental stressors (like clutter, noise, and negative social media) increase cortisol and deplete your ability to regulate your emotions or energy. Your surroundings matter.
