Alright, I’m going to say something a little bold:

If you’re feeling meh, unmotivated, sore, tired, disconnected, foggy, or like the walls of your house are starting to look like a padded cell...
GO OUTSIDE.
I don’t mean that in a “go hug a tree” kind of way (although go ahead, trees need love too). I mean get your butt outside and move. Walk, hike, stretch, squat, do weird lunges by a bench. Let people look. You’re healing. You’re moving. You’re winning.
Let’s talk about why this matters — and why your brain, your joints, and even your inner sass are begging you to make the outdoors part of your fitness routine.
There’s actual science here. Moving in nature — even a 10-minute stroll — drops cortisol like a bad habit. Bonus points if there are trees. Forest = medicine. It’s called “forest bathing” and it’s a real thing. (Japan nailed this decades ago.)
