You’ll cry in the car. You’ll scream in the shower. You’ll wonder if you’re broken — or if this is the thing that finally breaks you. The blame game will be strong. The " unfair" angle. Everything.

But here’s the wild truth:
You’re still here.
Which means the story isn’t over. Not even close.

And instead of letting life take more from you than it already has, it’s time to start taking things back.

Take your time.
Take your energy.
Take your power.
Take your body back.
Take back your ability to laugh and lift and live, even if it’s with a limp and a little dark humor.

3. Courage

You don’t need to leap off a cliff. Courage is showing up. Wobbling in. Crying in the warm-up. Lifting light and leaving proud.

4. Integrity

You keep your word. You show up when it matters. You live like someone you’d want on your own team.

5. Connection

Find your people. Cling to them. Share the dark bits. Then dance with them when the light comes back.

6. Hope

It’s not delusion. It’s the quiet voice saying “try again” when your heart’s still cracked and your legs still shake.

7. Gratitude

Yes, even now. Even when it’s all going sideways. Gratitude is your anchor. Find three things. Start there.

8. Curiosity
