Dear Future Me: What Are We Doing Today?

Let’s be honest.

Every single one of us has had that moment — you know the one.

You’re driving, walking, folding laundry, or standing in line at the grocery store when it hits:
“I want more for my life.”

More strength.
More peace.
More energy.
More clarity.
More truth.

And not the kind sold on a juice cleanse label or a 30-day challenge flyer.
I mean the kind of life that feels good to wake up to — in your body, in your mind, and in your soul.

That moment? That’s the future you calling.
And here’s the question:

What are you doing TODAY to answer?

Every day, I ask myself three things. And I invite you to do the same:

  1. What am I doing today that is helping the future me?
  2. What am I doing today to nourish the present me?
  3. What am I doing today to honor the past me — and move away from the habits that no longer fit?

This isn’t shame-based.

  9. Moving in ways that feel purposeful, not punishing
  10. Trusting my gut — and helping others hear theirs
